Last but respectfully not the least Remember all who’ve fought and continue to fight so that we can have the rights and freedoms in this country to say, do and be what we want no matter how much some of u may think we still have ways to go. Remember Uncle Tom its significance its impact not the pejorative inaccurate colloquial reference its been reduced to by ignorant babbling imbeciles. Remember Willie Lynch. Remember Jim Crow Laws. Remember Black Codes.

Remember those who fight against oppressive governments, corporatocracy, corruption, assimilation. Remember Dominican Republic, Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba, Brazil, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, etc.

Remember the brave who’ve decided enough was enough and fought back against genocide and ethnic cleansing. Fought back in any capacity against it. Remember Congo. Remember Tamils of Sri Lanka. Remember Sudan. Remember Riwanda. Remember the Gypsies. Remember the Holocaust. Remember Africa.

Remember those who’ve fought, fight, and will continue to fight for causes bigger than themselves, for the greater good, and the progress of humanity. In any positive form. Whether ideological to taking up arms to martyrdom/true sacrifice for the greater good.

Remember those who fight for equality. To end world hunger. End child labour, sex slavery, and exploitation of any kind, especially those of children.

Remember all those brave selfless courageous ones who fight for the voiceless. The unfortunate. The disadvantaged. The hungry. The marginalized.

Remember all those who’ve led the intellectual fight. The fight of knowledge. The fight to cure sickness, disease, destruction of the mental, psychological, physical.
